Broadalbin Man Jailed On Two Felonies

A driver will be in jail for at least a year on his drunk driving plea deal resulting from a traffic stop last October in Gloversville. Prosecutors say 27-year-old Adam Winney pleaded guilty last week and the deal included a one-to-three year jail sentence plus a one-year driver license revocation, a $1,000 fine and Winney has to install an ignition interlock device to his vehicle. Since this was Winney’s second DUI conviction it is a felony.
